OP says - I believe that the BBC News is probably the most reliable news on the planet.
I agree. I watch BBC World News who reports what's actually going on in the world. American "World News" networks apparently believe the world consists solely of the United States often providing "globally significant" stories on the latest celebrity couple getting divorced. The exception is, of course, Public TV.
Envying the folks in New Zealand with 30,000 at the stadium watching rugby, kids in school, everyone back to work. I had Video conferences this week with Japan and Korea, they were all in the office, kids at school. We are making a political statement by not wearing masks or social distancing, but unfortunately the statement is that we care more about a political posture than getting our economy back to normal and our children educated. If you want to make a statement light up a cigar. It’s Somewhat antisocial but at least you aren’t putting other lives at risk and everyone will stay 6 feet away from you.

No none of them are coming back
Point is, why do you think the virus will go away?
Because we have a new President, or you think it's a hoax?
I don't expect coverage will diminish.
