OP says - I believe that the BBC News is probably the most reliable news on the planet.

I agree. I watch BBC World News who reports what's actually going on in the world. American "World News" networks apparently believe the world consists solely of the United States often providing "globally significant" stories on the latest celebrity couple getting divorced. The exception is, of course, Public TV.

Envying the folks in New Zealand with 30,000 at the stadium watching rugby, kids in school, everyone back to work. I had Video conferences this week with Japan and Korea, they were all in the office, kids at school. We are making a political statement by not wearing masks or social distancing, but unfortunately the statement is that we care more about a political posture than getting our economy back to normal and our children educated. If you want to make a statement light up a cigar. It’s Somewhat antisocial but at least you aren’t putting other lives at risk and everyone will stay 6 feet away from you.

Common sense is not fear. But common sense does require one's fair share of brain power - if you haven't got it, tough.

Point is, why do you think the virus will go away?
Because we have a new President, or you think it's a hoax?
I don't expect coverage will diminish.

No it’s never going away I think the emergency declaration that many governors have a place will go away the fear will go away good good common sense may come back I don’t believe it was ever a hoax but I do believe is our government and politicians have weapons this situation to benefit them
