Great recipe Mark.
I processed 60lbs of Roma's from the garden last weekend. Probably still that much more to go within 2 weeks.
I have 3 kinds of Basil growing so I will have fun playing with your creative idea.

60 lbs? That just might do it.
Enjoy,
Mark

I will definitely try this one day very soon and yes basil in some cases makes the dish. I think I would use thighs and maybe remove the skin and flatten them a little but it sounds good to me.
Thanks, David

Sounds good. Many prefer legs & thighs.

Enjoy,

I've attached the recipe which is pretty easy and yummy!! I made it last night. Recipe calls for chicken tenders. I use fillets of boneless chicken breasts.

Thanks for viewing! (please use download)
Enjoy,
Mark

Have a dessert. It's a Black Forest Cake. . . .

Looks great! My mouth's already watering. But my lactose intolerance won't let me have dairy products. Still, it's tempting!

Leave off the cheese. It will still be delicious.

Boy! I sure picked the wrong night to read UHH in bed before going to sleep. First a guy in Southern Illinois gives me GAS with a discussion about getting an EOS R6 really nice system but pricy. And now you pop up with this tasty recipe and I'm lying here thinking about how I'd change it. BTW, it looks tasty!

Sorry to disrupt your sleep! If you venture to the R6 and the recipe, enjoy!
