I look forward every day for another posting of your birds. They are sooooo good. You seem to nail it right in each capture but would share as to how many clicks it takes to get that one posted picture?

Thanks hdp26. It's hard to say how many clicks it takes. Somedays I might not like any shots I take, and others I could post almost every shot I took, but only will post 6. Somedays I might take 50 shots and other days 200. This particular shot I may never see anything like it again. The snowy grabbed the fish and turned toward me and came out of the water to eat. I have probably have 5 or 6 shots, all of them good, but only posted this one, from that series. Appreciate your looking and comments. Thanks

Outstanding as usual. Your art at training critters is about as good as your photography.

Another great shot Greg!
I notice from your previous posting that you have only been into photography for 10 months? I assume that 'mos' means months? ( correct me if I am wrong).
That being so, I think I have a few more years to go before I get to that standard!!
You seem to be able to train birds and fish very well, LOL.
Look forward to seeing more!

Thanks robbygb, appreciate the thumbs up. Yes, I have only been into photograhpy for 10 months. I see these birds often, and over the months they realize I am not a threat to them, therefore they go about their daily lives like I'm not there,

Thanks dandij, appreciate the thumbs up. I may never see a shot exactly like this in my lifetime. However I see the snowys fish all the time. Sometimes I have to walk next to them for a mile before the start fishing and sometimes they are feeding when I walk up to them. I never know, but that's what makes it fun.

Wow. Love the rings of water around the beak and the hapless fish frozen in time a moment before being swallowed whole.
