Sue these speak to the grandeur of Bond Falls State Park... so serene... so tranquil...
I'm absolutely certain that this venue warrants a return visit once the autumn foliage is at it's peak!
That said I would be certain you coordinate with the weather to obtain crystal clear sapphire blue skies to contrast with the reds and golds of autumn...

Of this initial set I find the third image charming except for the highlights in the "white water" which exceed the dynamic range of your mirrorless Z sensor you have retained maximum detail throughout the frame... and the emerald greens of the silvan venue are breathtaking...

On your return trip in the autumn please consider a ND 10 stop filter to add drama to the cascading torrents... and contrast this with a high speed water droplet capture which freezes the dynamic motion... having both ends of the spectrum from 1/4000 and 40 seconds is what sets a master apart from a causal tourist... hope this makes sense...

Thank you for sharing your recent excursion to Bond Falls State Park Sue...
Please stay save and all the best on your epic journey

Thomas,

Thank you for your thoughts on this series. Sadly, it is peak color there right now and it is about 7 hours drive from where I live, and time is not available to return at this point. Otherwise, I would love to go do just what you suggest. Perhaps next year!

Sue
