So this guy from a slavic country goes to an eye doc and is given an eye test.
The doc says, see that chart on the wall?
Guy - yes.
Doc - can you read it?

There used to be a restaurant bar that homeless people used to urinate in the back corner of the building at night. He placed a large sign that read.If I catch you urinating here I will cut off your urinator.that sign put a stop to the whole incident.

I sometimes point out to servers in restaurants that I saw a sign in their restroom saying that 'Employees Must Wash Hands'. They give me a questioning look, and say something along the line of, "Well, - - yeah...!?!?" I then tell them that I waited ten minutes, and ended up having to wash them myself.
