Way back in high school, I started growing pot in my father’s backyard. I tended to about 40 plants for my own consumption. One day I came home and the backyard was mowed. My father came out of the house to see an 18 year old kid crying. I asked him what happened? His response was, “I was born at night, but not last night.” He said he had no desire to go to jail for my pot. My jaw dropped open and I went inside and laid down.
