Not long ago trump virtually spit on Puerto Rico.
Now he wants to buy Florida Latino votes so he announced $13B of tax payer dollars for PUeto RICO electrical system.

trump looked at his chances of winning in Florida, and found that displaced Puerto Ricans living in Florida have been waiting for relief form Hurrican Maria, and were going to hold trump accountable for the devastation that the island is still suffering 3 years after trump turned his back on them.
No matter how YOU look at the grant awards announced yesterday, it's still an attempt by trump to buy votes at tax payer's expense.
trump should have provided the relief as soon as it was needed 3 YEARS AGO!
WHY was it suddenly so important for trump to finally release disaster relief funds to Puerto Rico now, just 45 days before November 3rd?

Actually this money should have gone to Puerto Rico 3 YEARS AGO, right after Hurricane Maria.
The problem is that by waiting 3 years to release the money, it now becomes a bribe to try to pull in voters!
