You don't have to be an NCO to get a laugh out of this. I was a commissioned officer for most of my Navy career. When we saw it, both my wife and I LOL!

I knew a Marine SSgt who had trained both boots and officer candidates. He said he’d choose the boots over the OCs because the boots knew they didn’t know anything about being a Marine. Many of the OCs weren’t smart enough to realize they didn’t either.
