First and foremost Nobody gave Trump a chance, Day one after the election the Dems wanted him impeached before he was actually sworn in. Manufacturing jobs Obama didn't even make an attempt to save any. Dems won't even give a chance for him to make changes all they want to do is impeach impeach impeach. You believe Adam Schiff and Nadler without checking the facts. So you really need to examine your list.

Please remember the abuse President Obama endured from the first days of his administration before you excuse Mr Trump's total failure as President because of "abuse."

We were doing rather well up until about 6 months ago. However, in spite of that, we've seen an incredible change in the Middle East with treaties involving Israel. That's rather monumental.

So, if you were faced with the unreasonable opposition from the very start, how would you have solved the problems you so critically listed?

Keep in mind that the "Trade Deficit" is 'private businesses doing business with other businesses'. Also keep in mind that 'Congress' controls the nation's purse. Congress can change their buying habits anytime they wish...but they won't.

Once upon a time, America was the industrial powerhouse of the world. Not the Government, but businesses. The government slowly strangled the nations industries. The government also passed legislation that opened the possibilities for businesses to move their operations offshore and not only that...to move their Corporations offshore. Here's just one of many examples of how the government has driven businesses away"

"Johnson Controls Inc., Wisconsin’s largest company, is expecting savings of $150 million a year when it shifts its corporate headquarters to Cork, Ireland, this fall as a result of its merger with Tyco International.

The shift will come after Johnson Controls becomes a subsidiary of Tyco International, which will then change its name to Johnson Controls PLC.

The tax shift is controversial, as have been many of the moves by U.S. companies to shift some tax burdens offshore, and it comes after several moves in recent years by the Obama administration that sought to make the practice more difficult."

So whenever one considers the Trade Deficit to be an unacceptable problem, look no further than the folks that sit in Congress and the Senate for their lifetime careers that have facilitated it.

That may be but the America people have him a chance. I hoped he could grow into the job but after one (1) year it was obvious he could.
So don’t go blaming his failures on others , he had complete control of Congress - house and senate/ for first two years and still failed.
You sound just like trump - “ not my fault!” Nothing is ever his fault and he never takes responsibility .

How about at least two. Regarding the budget/deficit/debt congress controls the purse strings. Regarding the economy, it was the best in the last fifty years with record low unemployment for ALL Americans until Joe Biden's China fostered Covid 19 onto the world. Even at that we are doing better than most all other countries. So if Trump is responsible for Covid in America, who is responsible for it in each and every other country afflicted by it? Hmm?
