Pictures with people that close their eyes.
My sister does this--so irritating. I like the count to 3 and press the shutter on 2!

For the future, I always tell them to hold their eyes open and not blink until the count of 3. Then I press the shutter at 2.
That's what I did when I used to shoot large groups of people; it usually worked.
Have you tried "Watch the birdie"?

How about, "Close your eyes and open them on 3."
Press the shutter on 3.1, before they can blink again.
This worked for me when working with a guy who always closed his eyes while we were trying to get his portrait.
By supper glue, I assume you mean gravy?

PS has liquify but it will not open a closed eye and provide an eyeball.
Watch the video for PSE 2020. It looks like it does that very thing!

I suspect most consumer photo editors include that capability. For many years now Adobe's Photoshop Elements has included it. It was improved a bit ago, and now works even better. The Auto mode almost always gets the job done. You do not even have to select the eyes.
Of course, a normal price of about $80 is a lot to pay for the ability to open eyes. But PSE 2020 contains lot more magic.
It is on sale right now for $59.95, but today is the last day!
My PSE19 has that feature and does several at one time.
PSE 2019 has that option also, but you need another photo of the person with eyes open and from about the same angle and distance so you can swap the eyes.

Count to three, silently
Ask for blink
On count of one, silently, after you say “blink”, hit shutter button
Do this at least four times. You are almost guaranteed to get at least one shot with all smiles and open eyes.
Wait till they fall asleep!
I get teased for always saying "Don't blink!" I also get groups of 60 people without a single blink.
