it’s not high tech but I couldn’t help myself...I pictured a whole bunch of people with cartoon eyes...sometimes I think funny...?
It seems to be fairly easy to swap heads, so inserting eyes shouldn't be difficult - same procedure. I like the idea of the cartoon eyes, though. One way to avoid closed ideas is to take several shots in a row.
For the future, I always tell them to hold their eyes open and not blink until the count of 3. Then I press the shutter at 2.
I use burst mode and usually get at least one good picture.

My wife is one of those people. For the first couple of years we were married she blinked with perfect timing to ruin 90% of the photos I took of her. Then I got a better camera and just leave it on continuous shooting when taking photos of her and let it bang out 3 to 5 shots giving her time to blink and then open again!

How about, "Close your eyes and open them on 3."
Press the shutter on 3.1, before they can blink again.
Easy...take 5 images ... you'll get what you need...unless someone fell asleep.

From what I have seen, Photoshop will allow you to do what you want.
I did a simple search online for ‘face swap software’ and many results came up.
Which Photoshop are you talking about or elements ?
