Does anyone know what country/currency this represents? For some reason each time I go to the Skylum web it shows pricing with this currency(?). It is the only site that does this. I am in USA.

cut in paste the webaddress as we might see where you've driven off the edge of the internet. I think you've found the price in Rupees (India)

I looked up the symbol:

INR ₹ Indian Rupee

At this instant: $US 23.6550

Thank you for your response, CHG_CANON. I got the Luminar AI page with:

https://skylum.com/luminar-ai?
clickid=V0gz3DX7KxyOWqJwUx0Mo38JUkiVuYVU-TBr2w0&irpid=60087&utm_content=TEXT_LINK&utm_source=Amonsul%20VOF&utm_campaign=mediapartner_cpa&utm_medium=cpa&aclid=&platform=IR&utm_term=Luminar%20AI

clicked on the tab...

Oddly, went to laptop for the same and it was normal showing $59.00, but the desktop (iMac) still shows the rupees(?)

Thank you, Linda. On my iMac your suggested url still shows the rupees(?) My laptop resolved the issue to be able to order since the same url appears as US Dollars.

I've run malware and antivirus searches which so no negative reports, and there is no concern with anything financial personally. Just an oddity for this one web site on one computer.

Thanks Longshadow. At least I can get a little education out of this.

Do you have location services turned off on the iMac - if you do, then the website might be incorrectly resolving your location, based on the exact path used to reach the site.

Your Imac is probably going to one of the countries that Apple has hidden some of the $80bn in profit from the USA so they don't pay US taxes. MS on the other hand pays their taxes.

Thanks, avflicnh. I had to check but location services are on. My understanding is that permission for location services applies to apps and browsers. In my case it is a blanket consequence since it happened on each search engine yet it is the only site without US dollars.

Why do I see an ice capped mountain and lake scene like a Microsoft password screen? What currency are you using? Hemp or Poppies?

I tried "skylum" and get normal us $. Perhaps some one or some web not master is ready for an asylum.

But, yes, computers especially on the web can get crazy. I tried looking at another page of a site I was viewing with Chrome and the Internet Explorer version of the site came up in Spanish. It is possible I previously looked at that site for Amazon on their Spain or Mexican version. Sometimes one can find say music on a foreign site that is not on the US version. But in this case the Spanish was a mystery - in more ways than one.

Indian Rupee. I looked it up on my money exchange app. $23.68 American at today’s exchange rate.

Well, lamiaceae, if it helps, your inquiry may be better answered by contacting Skylum as that image is a screenshot from their website.
