Those who work with their hands appreciate the thought of putting their work aside and
enjoying lunch. Maybe its the first sip of what is in the thermos or the first bite into
the sandwich. Recharging the bodies batteries results in a new wave of energy.
It is also a time to sit and think and strategize the rest of the work day.
A nostalgic shot. My Dad was a carpenter and went off every work day with his beat-up, black lunchbox and thermos. (My son now has his battered old tool box and ancient miter saw.) My Mom made us breakfast and packed our school lunches as well as Dad's. Good shot!
