Photocat question

I was really enjoying the Photocat retouching program. It was simple, easy to use and met my needs. What happened to it, is it stil available some way & if not, what's out there that is free and works?

GIMP is both free and works very well.

When you say you aren't able to download it, are you not able to find the link to the Windows package?

I had to do some digging because the Download page only shows me Linux, but the direct download is: CLICK HERE

https://download.gimp.org/mirror/pub/gimp/v2.10/windows/gimp-2.10.20-setup-1.exe

Awesome, glad it worked out for you. If you need some good easy to follow tutorials, this is a good starting point:

I don't use GIMP all that often, but I've started to do more photo editing with it and the above tutorials are pretty easy to follow.
