#1 White Sow Thistle (yes, related to dandelions) From the round yellow flower in the upper left to the two mature seed heads below showing a top view and a side view of their circular form to the cross formed by the four buds on right. The buds balance the flower and the seed heads form the joint of the two pronged shape.

#2 Wild Roses - one just past its prime and one just fully opened. Circles of red surrounding a mostly white center and a mostly yellow center.

Typical are triangle, diagonal, linear, etc but I can not come up with one to discribe this composition.

Double diagonal - 'L', leading lines from the puff balls in two directions? Doesn't matter, I think that whatever it is it worked fairly well.
I did remove a part of the plant because I thought it was not needed.
