Good luck and stay safe....we've been through many ourselves, we know the fear...make all the preps you can, grab some supplies and gear, grab important papers, get some cash and cards, check in with relatives or friends, make arrangements for pets/etc. or take them with and drive to a safer area and spend it in a nice motel/hotel/B&B/etc. go back when it's safe. Oh by the way, hotels in BR are full, as I’m sure NO is too! If coming this way try Slidell, or Picayune, yes that really a place! It’s a Mississippi thing!

Ken and his family is going to need all the prayers and help he can get. Ragley La. is 23 miles north of Lake Charles, right up hwy 171. Ragley is very much in the path of this monster of a storm. Looks like land fall will be at the Texas - Louisiana border which will put Lake Charles and Ragley on the east side of Laura. The east side is the worst side to be on.
