I decided to escape the heat of the valley for a couple of days. Enjoy.
Nice set. Good detail on the nuthatch. What area were you in?

Very rare Two-headed Mule deer. LOL
Nice photos. I live about 15 miles from Lake Tahoe and I'm familiar with the area.
When I saw the sixth photo in the Newest Pictures section I knew you would pass it off as a two headed buck and sho' nuff you did.
BTW, I grew up in Sacramento and my oldest sister has lived in Orangevale for about a bazillion years. Her husband was in a wheelchair and had a swimming pool built that had a ramp so he could drive his chair in and out of it. After he passed away she had the pool filled in with dirt and uses it as a planter.
Very nice series!! Beautiful images.
Especially liked the two-headed deer -- a very rare find!!
A very artistic set of images. I am curious what lens you used. The finished images are excellent.

The wide landscapes were with the 24-70. The wildlife and stream-side shots were with the 150-600 sport.
