The company is well within the law, it’s not discriminatory (from the legal sense) nor any recent move toward anarchy since employee handbooks (especially in Union locations) have been around for a very long time. They all include the do and do not rules.
On the flipside, all it would take to validate the need to outlaw political materials (of all parties), is for someone to prove that their existence generates a hostile workplace.

Examples please. Years ago when studying to be a psych tech I learned of the effects of hearing impairment on personality development, but I've never seen it demonstrated to the extent you demonstrate it. Many compensate to one extent or another, but you make no effort.

That you are apparently a racist. Yes. Unless this was meant as sarcasm. While I agree that all lives matter, I do have to ask: how many white people have been shot in the back or had the life squeezed out of them by police lately?
You know, George Floyd was resisting. And while de-escalating the situation might have been a better choice for those officers, to me the problem was not so much the force used against Mr. Floyd (and they will argue that it was "by the book") but the total indifference they displayed as he stopped struggling, stopped breathing, and lay lifeless on the ground dying - nearby citizens pleading with them to check his vitals, take his pulse, check to see if he needed help. They did nothing. Nada. That will convict them of manslaughter at least.
