I believe it’s called the “Obedient Plant.”
Thanks for identifying the flower.
I looked it up and this is what I found. It is called the Obedient Plant because if the flower's position is changed it will stay that way. Other flowers return to their original position.

It looks like Obedient Plant. When I lived in Vermont it was the last plant in my garden to flower, going into the Fall.
