So, it goes like this...
Russia has a vaccine.
All the experts say it’s impossible this early in the research.
Russia could have a vaccine this early if they created the virus.
Therefore:
Russia created the virus and sent it to China as a weapon.
The Virus spread and China gets the blame
The spread of the virus destabilized the world economy...Putin’s plan comes to fruition.
Trump is buddy-buddy with Putin. Early on Trump is told by Putin not to worry he has the virus under control.
Trump relies on Putin’s advise and information.
Trump says the virus is going to go away...he believes this because of Putin.
The virus spreads throughout the country.
The polls turn against Trump.
Putin realizes Trump may lose the election.
Putin announces the vaccine to the world.

What's sad is that rix doesn't comprehend the difference between a hypothesis and a theory ... and rix's hypothesis is sheer lunacy, that is my theory.
