Individual states and cities have their own rules and regulations. This area was “open” for this event. Is it
right or wrong? I don’t know.Half the population wants none of this to happen and half is ok with it. I’m surprised it is sanctioned, but I had fun with it from a safe distance.It would do no good for me to complain to the league, politicians or anyone about my concerns. That being said it was a joy to see these young men(for the most part) competing at an amazing level for non professionals.
