Serendipity. I had my Sony RX100 vi with me walking home from a sidewalk breakfast.
A truly unique capture.
Happy Shooting!
Sad scene but well captured.

Yes it is a sad scene. More and more of that in the city.
Poignant photo, well done!

OH GOD....that is so sad to see. I hope somebody helped him. Your image says so much to me instantly and relays it's message perfectly to evoke our response to this disturbing reality.
I always have mixed feelings about shots like this. From a photography standpoint it’s a great photo. From a human perspective it takes advantage of someone’s mis-fortune without their knowledge. I’m not looking to start a debate...it’s just my feeling. (I confess to taking similar shots)

This photo makes me feel how blessed/lucky/fortunate I am (how we all are) to not share the same situation as this poor man. We may be complaining about Covid-19 and how it has inconvenienced me/us, changed our lives, can't do this or that etc etc. But, by comparison…..
Poignant, for sure. A bit haunting too.
Nice capture of an all too common scene. Bet it would be a killer in B&W
