I believe I stumbled upon a juvenile Great Horn Owl who isn’t afraid of people. The owl let me get very close to him, as I was taking photos and a few vids. It is exciting when you see a Great Horn owl because they are rarely seen

There is the possibility it is in shock.
None of the pictures show it paying much attention to the goings on.
This is common after a car or antenna strike.
Check on it if possible. There are rescue agencies if needed.
Hope I am wrong.

I still think it may have had a problem.
In most of your pictures it seemed to have it's eyes closed.
