I always liked Ashampoo products.
They're not the biggest, best, most detailed, monster menued products out there.
But they work. Quickly. Easily. Cheaply. and they do what most people want to do right now.
I was the IT guy. IF I said "Buy X" I'd get questions forever on how to do "X"
So I'd recommend Ashampoo X. Very affordable, nice looking, easy, effective, and did what you wanted.

Photo Optimizer 8 is a good, usable product. it doesn't need to be connected, and it works well ...
AS LONG AS your photo isn't really screwed up! Black or white pictures may not be one-click fixes!
It ain't Adobe. It ain't Topaz. It ain't Nik. But fix your pics- and theirs- at the relative's house. Winner!
