It isn't hard to see why we have trouble having meaningful discussions about really solving the problem. We seem to have established the we-they thing to the fullest. let's sit down and realize we would be better off if both sides could look and the problem and work their way together to a solution. These aren't easy questions or solutions, but with the strength of both "sides", a solution could be worked out.

This really is a question, because I don’t know the answer. Do you feel that when you are pulled over by the police, you are treated the same as I am? It’s a simple question, and it isn’t about Trump, or Biden, or any politician. It’s about your experience and belief so I don’t think there can be a wrong answer.

If I were to speak of blacks as a homogenous group you or some other black person would probably straighten me out, and with good reason. I don’t believe any one person speaks for “black people”, and that includes you.
