An N95 mask reduces the distance that your vapor travels. That’s its main benefit. It’s really quite a simple concept. I’m surprised that it’s So difficult for an architect to understand. But then personal bias can cancel out a lot of reality.

The idiotic response that mask cannot stop the virus because it's so small that the mask can't filter it is based on a false premise. The virus is spread by droplets that carry the virus. The droplets are of sufficient size to be stopped by the fabric of the mask. Now, if an inconsiderable, selfish person chooses to not wear a mask, the droplets disperse in the air and the virus can become airborne and travel considerable distances. So, wear a mask to protect others. If everyone was more concerned about the health of themselves and others, instead of feeling put upon, or losing freedoms, or lib vs. con ideology, or some BS conspiracy theory, maybe we could stop the virus from killing more people.

You are clueless as to the relationship of these people. They could be family members who live together. And, why would you start the liberal vs. conservative bullshit? The virus doesn't care about your politics. The doctors and nurses who try to keep your sorry butt alive don't care about your politics. Undertakers don't care about your politics as they bury your butt, only that they get paid.
And, I served eight years in the Air Force in the 60's, so I appreciate your service, but not your attitude.

I was curious, so I searched for the story of the photo. The woman is his wife, and the man a close friend, part of his inner circle. Fauci tested negative the day before, and when the photo was taken he had just pulled down his mask to take a drink of water.

That’s an interesting perspective. How do you feel about polluting the air, recycling, traffic regulations, etc.? Do you follow those?
