got to find the temperature of the water....the model may be happy with just an apology, tho another model may want castration/murder.... find out where you stand,quietly......

going to a lawyer will prevent the problem from being solved, tho the lawyer ($) may wish to contact the models ($$^2). A member of the board can to that quietly, thereby allowing the possibility that the situation to be quietly closed. again, ya gotta find out the temperature of the water first...... you may not have a problem, or may have one that can be easily solved, by apology or whatever the model (s) require. FIND OUT!

Dean, I think he meant, accusations do not require fact, which they go not. Accusations start the fact finding processes.

All it takes is an accusation to Tim your life, before the fact finding processes. You are guilty untill you prove you are not.

I don’t know exactly what he intended, just that facts are essential. Without facts, acusatupions can never be proven.

The best part of advise here is "talk to a lawyer". They may have some obligation to investigate, OR NOT. A competent attorney with full info can provide the best advice.

Hopefully the BOD board of directors utilized the talent of attorney when the organization was formed...if so, contact him/her...if not, better get one. Do not talk with the models as it becomes he said/she said... in an attorneys office when a deposition is given, stenographers are there , recording every word

If you focus your disciplinary action to the conduct specifically prohibited by the Ugly Hedgehog, you would be legally able to dismiss this person without incident. However, I would also advise the victim(s) to go to the police as well.

sexual misconduct does NOT require facts, it is entirely in the mind of the accuser, if she thinks she has been offended, that is all that is required, assuming that she does not have a hidden adjenda. (like politics, we have seen a lot of that.) But again, before one escalates the situation by calling in lawyers, find out from the accuer (s) the magnitude of the problem ....I know I am kinda anti-lawyer, but remember that a lawyer only makes money with conflict..this situation could be resolved without conflict, but no one knows yet.. FIND OUT! There are many possible solutions which should be explored before the shooting starts...calling in a lawyer unnecessarily escalates the situation..For the club president to approach one of the acusers/offender quietly is kinda like flying a truce flag, calling a lawyer is kinda like wearing a gun....
