Those are Coocoo bees.
So named because they are parasitic, laying their eggs in other bee's nests. Like the European Coocoo, a bird.

Yeah, we have so many bee parasites, it is amazing that we still have enormous quantities of honeybees! Thank you!

Good thing these nest in solitary, ground dwelling bee nests.
The Honey bee, which is a non native 'invasive', may never have become established.
Much less of the foods that we have come to like would be available.
NONE of many others.
A 'For Want of a Nail' happening.
