About masks--Fabric masks to not protect any one. Surgical type masks work 50%.But distancing and frequent hand washing is the best defense. The reports of "the number of cases" is device to confuse the public into think the disease is worse than it really is. If the same person tests positive every 10 days, the report nsays that there is 10 cases. Raw number of cases is a false metric. The number of ill people is the important measure. Idon't care if I test positive. But I care if I were to become ill. The number of positive tests is about 3.5 million, number of fatalities about 14000 A survival rate of about.99.5%. In the 5 months of covid 19 over 10,000people died a in auto crashes. So as it turns out You are far more likely to die in a car on the way to thye hospital rather than in that hospital with the virus
