Love that term, "reverse racism." Surely racism is racism whether you're black or white. I guess black people can't be racist?

This is the dirty little "not so secret" about race-based hiring. It's been going on since the civil rights legislation of the 1960's. Companies have been using racial quotas, even though the laws clearly state that they're not allowed. Affirmative action and quotas are much easier to do, rather than try and defend a company's merit-based hiring and promotion practices. Just ask Duke Power and Kaiser Aluminum how they did in court.

In the early seventies, I had a CB radio in my car. I was on the D.C. Capitol beltway one day when someone used the "n" word, Some one came on the radio and in a quiet yet firm voice said: "If you'll look that word up in the dictionary, you'll find that the definition of that word is ignorant person". There was dead silence on the radio for at least 5 minutes. I have known quite a few white "ignorant persons".
