Not that I know of and in my opinion they are not likely to do that. Why would Congress do a study only to find out that it is blacks who are the most prevalent with regard to riots, looting and arson. Then they would have to do something and we all know Congress is the laziest group of people on the planet. They have been working hard on doing nothing about illegal immigration for what, 50 years, with no end in sight. Another 50 years from now and we will still have nothing done about illegal immigration.
The real reason Liberals hate President Trump is because he wants to do things, to accomplish something where Liberals have not.

I take it that you missed Vice President Joe Biden's press conference today.
Joe Biden laid out the steps needed to slow and stop the spread of the Covid-19 Virus. Steps which trump and his administration have failed to take.
No matter how you try to spin it otherwise, trump has royally screwed up then virtually abandoned for the most part any responses to the pandemic. Cutting funding for testing sites in the hardest hit states right one is NOT a viable response.

Trump didn't ask to be taken to the bunker; the Secret Service took him there because determined there was a threat to him and the WH as the protesters started to turn violent.
