Is an excellent condition Nikon d750 with Charger 2 batteries and strap worth $950. Camera has just under 30000 shots. Yes this is a US model. This is for body only.

KEH has one for sale for close to the same price but it comes with a 6-month warranty.

Seems high to me - check the online sellers. I paid around $100 less for about the same condition, original packaging, manual, and accessories from a camera shop a few years ago.

If he stalls too much longer the price will “budge” on its own. This market only ever goes down, never up. It’s a verrrry nice camera. He might enjoy keeping it.

I think it's a little too high myself that's why I'm not going to pay the asking price if he won't budge not a big deal I just keep looking. Camera deals to be had every day.

That's a little high. I purchased a brand new one from B&H when the camera was $1295. It has since gone back up to $1495. They even included an extra battery and a Ruggard shoulder bag.

B&H has a refurbished D750 from Nikon for about a $100.00 more. The shutter count could be any where from 10-?. Call them.

I am considering the D750 as my first digital camera. How well is it built (rugged), and how many shutter actuations would be acceptable on a used one? It wii deliver quality results?

Thanks

The D750 has been workhorse for wedding photographers. It's not as rugged as the Nikon pro bodies but it's tough and has a solid feel. B&H Photo has it new for $1496 now. They throw in a Sandvik 64GB memory card and a Ruggard shoulder bag. I got that same deal about six months ago. It was $1296 at that time. The Ruggard Journey 44 shoulder bag they include in the deal is very good. I use the bag all the time.

I took this photo with my D750 and Tamron 45mm f/1.8 SP VC lens

To give you some idea of what resellers are paying for the D750 with about 20,000 actuations MPB paid me $635 for my camera in excellent condition a few months ago. I had two of them and kept one. They are great cameras. Good luck.

Nikon hit one out of the park with the D750. It is an excellent camera, well built and rugged. Great color, features and handling and reliable.

Nikon reports that the MTBF on shutters is 150k. Recall that the MTBF is the point at which 1/2 the population have failed. So your chances of getting to 150k are 50/50. And there is variance so you might get 180 k or 120k on your model. But that MTBF is just a claim. Real world results are what counts.

The data at the site below, real world results, are encouraging so the claim to 150k MTBF may be accurate or even conservative.

But that camera shows that woman’s hair is blue??? What’s wrong with the color? 😂😅
