The real issue here is that the USPS has a contract with Amazon to deliver some packages for them. Mr Trump believes they should get more money for this service, and will not sign a bill to send ‘stimulus’ money to them unless they get more money from Amazon. I don’t know anything about their deal with Amazon, but it is at the heart of their issues right now.

The USPS should be closed for many, many reasons. This just adds to the list!
And what would you suggest that we use instead of U.S. Mail? It does provide a lot of jobs and if they didn't work for USPS, then they'd go to work for whatever entity replaced them and you'd be back to square one.

Defund the USPS
We would have to “Fund USPS” before we could “Defund USPS”.

Not very polite.
Inappropriate reply to a lady.

Many of the private delivery services use the USPS to deliver items to places where it's not economical for them to do so themselves. They are dependent on the Post Office, and anything that affects the USPS affects everybody else. (Package-wise...not letter-wise.)

This is about the USPS. Punct.
The way Trumpites play with alternate ‘alternate facts’ is incidental.
Now is this a deflection on your part or are you too lame to recall it was YOU who just posted this about Fox News?
Because Faux news is behind the push to eliminate the post office ... they spread disinformation constantly with no redress.
Now you blame Trumpites saying we play with alternate, alternate facts, but it is incidental.
Do you even have a clue as to what the hell you are posting? You tell us one thing and then make believe it isn't right there in print a day later. Maybe if you could only pay attention to the thread regarding your own comments.
In reality Fox News has not lied and has nothing to do with the USPS service being either good or bad. That my friend is all on the USPS whose service has been dropping for years now. You, yourself, hear bad reports of the USPS, UPS and FedEx right here at least once a month and now you are blaming Fox News and them lying? Good grief...get a grip.

If it was efficient, I would feel different but I have had too many mistakes caused by their sloppiness! Locally we have a terrible situation. A package coming from less than a hundred miles away can take as much as 5-7 days. This does not include the numerous time packages have been returned lost or more than likely stolen by a postal employee! Sorry folks; but this away of life. If you want to protest something protest the sorry, lazy good for nothings that are so compelled to protest. Most don't even know why they are there, just something to do!

THAT was rude and completely uncalled for. Did something to you once when your mom told you to grow up? Seems like it.
You owe Linda an apology. In years of reading her posts I have never once heard say anything out of line.

Should you ever decide to run for senator from Maine, where can I send a campaign donation?
