Studebaker, My father got one in 1951 got it home and the wring short circuit cause a fire in the car. The next day my father got another Studebaker , he get his money back and giving a Studebaker for free.

Agree on the ‘51 Stude. Owned one for about a year. The O/D tranny worked well over abt 50mph.
50s cars were designed for distinctive looks. Today cars are designed for wind tunnels. So they all look alike.
