Excellent series. I love the light in the first one and also that “putting on the brakes“ look of the last one.

Thank you Cwilson341. The first shot was taken very late in the afternoon and was backlit/underside lit. Luckily there was enough light to show the colors, but I had to over-expose the shadows resulting in a lot of noise in those regions. I like the shot as well.

Looking for info, I found https://www.audubon.org/
10 Pics there. IMO, your first and last I think are better than some of Audubon images.
