Low Tide - Exp 3

Another misfiled image. This circa 1979 PlusX frame just now scanned at 3600 lines per inch as an experiment is now posted for the first time. She has had photos of her posted before but this one seems to be late in the afternoon at low tide at the beach. Just about full frame, hardly anything done to the image except to remove some scratches.

Composition question--aside from "it's up to you" sort of answers, is it "acceptable" to truncate long shadows, or would one strive to include the whole shadow?

Here's one that getting down lower on the sand would have helped with.

FA: The "I agree" was mean for you ! Don't know how it got moved down so far. Yes, if the shot was from a way down low angle it would have been better. I am going to look for her frames to see if I can find some of them to rescan in high-res. Found yet another problem: one of the family cats discovered where the films were and also how good geletin on plastic tastes ! Writing up a "Cat for sale" ad !
