I wanted to post a few pictures of Memorial Day from the archives. It is so sad the way that our traditions have been taken away from us. So many brave souls that made the ultimate sacrafice including my wife's uncle who was killed on D-Day. He was hit by an eighty eight shell. They never found his body. Did this eighteen year old soldier give up his life for nothing ? I hope not. Let us continue to honor these great people by not giving in to the tyranny. It's time to stand up and be counted. If we stick together there is nothing that can stop us. With the grace of God let us continue the fight for freedom that these soldiers started and make sure that they didn't die in vain.

Whatever is going on today, your wife's uncle--and millions of others--saved all of Europe from the horrors of Nazism. The debt the civilized world owes them is incalculable. We need to remember them when we see all those swastikas on the news, and this time we need to strangle the beast in its cradle.
