The greyscale would lend to highlighting whatever text is on the cover. Great exposure.

Sign is cropped, "officer" hand adds nothing, needs to be more of him or none, black area behind her shoulder, strap at bottom right and just touch of bracelet, orangish skin tone picked off of shirt, nothing sexy about photo, no expression at all from model. Even serious non-happy expressions can be shown.

Perhaps an institutional background color such as light green and a female hand with a latex glove?
