Good question. When much younger as a weekend warrior I've overindulged at times where the room appears to be spinning and I see everything yet could focus on nothing as my soggy brain couldn't keep up with the information coming in. Perhaps for them it's much the same and they have just become accustomed to it.

Sippy- your macros are the best!
I note that he compound eyes can, at times and under varying magnifications, look "fuzzy."
