First, we will need to know the post processing software you are using. But basically, you will select the background, fill it with black. Then add some canvas around the pic and fill it with whatever color you want for the frame.
Good for you! Someone finally answered the OP’s question👍

Hi how can i make the background Or m’y photo black and add to my Pictures a frame
The black background is easy. Shoot in a darkened room--just turn out the lights and close the blinds--with flash and a diffuser. Set shutter speed to flash sync speed (usually 1/200) and set up your subject several meters from the background. Light falloff from the flash will render the background black, and you can reduce flash power as needed. My background wall is white, but darkening the room and adjusting flash turns that wall black. I usually use F8.

Yes - I fully agree. Why some people on this forum have to put others down is beyond me. A little help and kindness goes a long way. Remember from where you came. No one needs sarcasm or smart arse remarks when they are trying to learn something. Treat others the way you would like to be treated. I see a lot of uncalled for remarks on this forum. What gives. For those that are doing it, you think you are better then others, well your not. So get over yourself and treat others with respect.

Sorry for being impatient. Google translate is a wonderful tool and it is designed specifically for times like these. BTW, does your putting me down qualify you as one of those "some people on this forum [who] have to put others down"?
I'd say that your remarks are uncalled for, just like my remarks were, as you so succinctly pointed out.
And in my native language:

Good one! There is more than one way of skinning a cat eh? Thanks for the tip.

Ease up Gene51. It sounds like English is somewhere down the list. Definitely not his first language.
I think he is asking how to put a black background on his pictures then put them in a frame.
What he is NOT asking for is to be put down by some smart arse.
Coming from Montreal his first language is probably French. You might try responding in French to make things easier for him/her
You know, John, Gene51 is one of the good guys here. He honestly wants to help the original poster. You might understand if you noticed that Gene has over 22,000 posts on UHH. Many of those are very detailed solutions to simple and complex problems.
Granted, the original poster is probably using English as a second language. But I agree, the question is confusing as written and needs clarification.

The way I did the artificial flower picture was to use On1 Raw to make a selection of the flower. Then create a new layer, filled with black, and place it beneath the layer with the flower selected. On1 has all sorts of tools and sample borders to use to add a simple border or something similar to a picture frame. I did the simple white border in Lightroom, by printing to a jpeg file in the Print module and using Image Settings>Stroke Border. This is one of several ways to get to the same result.
If this makes more sense:

I responded. Your reaction was intended to demean the person who asked a simple question. You knew exactly what he meant.

Ok, he is a "one of the good guys" who felt the desire to humiliate and demean the OP. The "good guy" knew exactly what he meant. No, I do not know how many posts "Gene" has. To use your word, "blunt" that is not important to me. I think it just boils down to consideration.
