Creatures of habit! I noticed that after the male bluebird took food into the babies he always came out and landed in the same spot! I focused on the spot and waited for him to come out! My camera was set in burst mode and I fired away! These shots were taken 15-20 minutes apart!

I don’t have to tell you; I know you know. It’s FREE SUNDAY. Welcome all. Come and share any of the left-over shots you didn’t get to post on Photogirl17’s tribute to mothers or Patography’s Hands Challenges. Big thank yous ladies. Of course, it is Free Sunday so anything you would like to share post it here for us to enjoy too.
I have always been a big fan of aircraft flying in formation demonstrating great pilot and team coordination talents. The Air Force Thunderbirds and the Navy’s Blue Angels have been touring the country doing flyover salutes to all the front-line warriors battling this Covid-19 virus primarily around medical centers in large metropolitan areas. Some even were lucky enough to have both flying together over their cities. The Thunderbirds did that here in San Antonio last week. I didn’t get very good shots since it was the middle of the afternoon their flight over our position was a pretty quick one. So I decided to try and salvage some using a vertical panorama of a building as a back drop in a collage using the few I did get. With my long lens on I had to take 3 shots of the building and stitch them together. The cloud reflection made it appear that I was looking right through the building.
I don’t have to tell you; I know you know. It’s F... (show quote)

Great Start Larry to another Fine Free Sunday..

I just read an Email stating that one of the Images I submitted to The PhotoArgus has been published on their site.

good to see Bob. are you on a canal or a finger of a lake there in Indiana?

There are 3 lakes all somewhat connected together that over flow into the White River. There's Round Lake, (the largest) Long Lake & Dam Lake. We're on Dam Lake and it takes a turn to the left of our place and gets wider. All that rock wall work was finally completed this Spring after years of off and on construction! Now we need a real heavy rain to bring the water levels up higher. Nothing like the ocean views we've had in CA & Hawaii.....but at least we have a hint of a water view. Thanks!
