OWC.COM (other world computer) has late model refurbished Apple computers in stock and often with an Apple warranty I know for sure the have 2018 MacBook pros in stock.
Thank you. I will add it to the list.
Apple offers them online. OWC (macsales.com) does also. I have used both in the past.
I got one from Computuners of Nyack NY and remote help many times
I got mine on Ebay. Love it!!!!!. Make sure seller has very good feedback.
With all this talk about macs, perhaps one of you have a MacBookPro, just sitting around, you'd like to sell. I'm using one from 2012 as I teach in my classroom. Untilthey are gone, a website, is selling one for about $310. What is important to me is that it must have an OS of 10.7.5. I know, ancient OS, but it would mean that I could accept my software. I'd be looking at this as a back up. Any interested sellers here?

Try the Apple Store.
This week I saw an announcement that "some" of the Apple Stores are reopening.
Also check the Apple store and look towards the bottom of the item you want for a link to the Factory Refurbished section of the web store, You can also buy Apple Care for a refurbished Mac and extend the Support and Hardware warranty to three full years.
I have bought several refurbished macs, for myself and various family, from the Apple store refurbished section and have always been totally satisfied. Like new and carry the same warranty of their new products.
I was going to recommend OWC. They have excellent customer service. Recently, I ordered updated RAM for my iMAC 27. After installing the new RAM, the computer would not work. I called OWC customer service. They advised the bad news, the RAM I purchased ($300) was not comparable. OWC gave me a complete refund after they returned the incorrect RAM. With the help of OWC customer service sent me the correct RAM and it worked perfectly. I should have called OWC customer service at the beginning.
I continue to deal with OWC for cables, peripherals and updated components. Yes, Apple may be the preferred choice, but I trust OWC and their staff.
