People die every day of hundreds of different causes.
Testing is now showing that Dying of the Chinese flu is way down on the list and only really affects those over 70 with compromised systems. Virtually NO children have died from it and those under 45 is still statistically insignificant.
Even old people die more by a huge margin of other causes including.... wait..... OLD Age.

I am not going to attack you but I will point out the obvious. People are ALWAYS dying. Maybe you forgot. They died in thousands from the normal every year flu. People die of going to the hospital for some minor ailment that should have them home in 3-4 days and they wake up dead in the hospital. Car accidents take thousands every year as does cancer and other illnesses. A friend of mine died back in January. She woke up and stood up from her bed. She coughed and collapsed into a coma and died a few days later due to unknown heart problems. It happens all the time.
While the virus is definitely a killer and I will not dispute that fact it is also a fact that MOST people do recover from it. The rate of death is quite small especially here in America. I know others right here in The Attic are all for just staying at home until a vaccine is discovered or some cure. But that is most likely not going to happen. As far as I know we are still waiting or a vaccine/cure for Aids.
So in lieu of just sitting at home waiting to be healed or die my suggestion in the areas that are least hit by the virus is to get America back in gear and get going.
Yes Trump is in charge and so far he has done a good job. You want to cast blame I am sure he deserves some of that but let's not forget that each state has a Governor who is IN CHARGE of that state. People praise Cuomo of NYS but in reality he has not done so well both for being prepared for the virus with equipment nor taking care of the elderly people in nursing homes. He wanted more hospitals. Fema or some governmental organization built a tent hospital for him which I have went unused. President Trump sent him a hospital ship to assist in taking care of victims. Twenty beds were used. The other up to 1000 beds were unused although he could have put elderly patients on the ship. See what I mean? There is plenty of blame to go around.
I am not bowing to Trump nor to anybody else. Your opinion of the man differs from mine. That does not in any way make my opinion wrong. I have my own tours in Vietnam courtesy of the USMC that I am extremely proud of. Many people right here in The Attic have served in WW2, Korea, Vietnam and the war in the Middle East. I am proud of you and thank you for your service but around here it ain't no big thing really. There are many of us.

Alright thanks for posting. First off I agree with Hannity and Trish Regan for their comments in that they are not Fox News newscasters per se but simply pundits who host OPINION shows. They put out their opinions on whatever topics they choose. Not news.

I am talking about news stations actually publishing false news stories or altering facts to make it appear to the viewer that something happened that in truth did not happen. I am talking about CBS news altering a recording of a police dispatcher talking with Zimmerman on the phone and making it sound to the viewer as if Zimmerman was actually a racist. The truth is he was/is not a racist but that is the lie that CBS passed off to listeners/viewers. Hopefully you can see the difference.
OK then anybody else who can show me where Fox News deliberately lied to sway opinion or to have viewers think something other than what happened? Liberals are here on a regular basis telling us that Fox News lies all the time. But where are those very same Liberals now? Where are those very important stories of Fox News stories now? That is what I am talking about boys and girls. So far it would seem to be the Liberal side that is lying.
