One of my general observations about (my) life as a Senior: "I woke up tired, this morning."
I am just happy to see my eyes open up every morning. Once that happens the entire rest of the day will go well for me.

Are you holding a drink while trying to roll over or are your hands empty. Is there someone good looking right next to you? Lots of things come into play.

When Ever You Want, there are no rules.
That is kinda what I shoot for.
Very good question, the other day I woke up, checked the weather, had my coffee, read my emails, and read the Hog blog, went to my recliner, and took a nap. The wife comes over jumps all over me why I am not up and running. Taking a nap I told her. Some women just don't understand. That's no rules in Napping.

A nap is “fair game” as soon as breakfast is over.
Bathroom. Maybe coffe, but not really necessary. On the other hand, why get out of bed.
I need no excuse for "crashing" soon after waking up. Frequently, right after breakfast is a great time to take a 2 hour cat nap. (I've never seen any cat sleep for 15 minutes)
