Took this picture of my grandchildren at sunset yesterday. Would like your thoughts. This was my first try at it and I think it turned out great.

Nice shot, like it as it is.

I would give years of my life to have shots like that of my children in their teens. Beautiful memory you created.

I would leave it as is---no cropping -- impressive the way it stands

I think it's great. Crop? If you want to. Reposition Children? I you think so. Leave as is? OK by me.

Great shot Barb,

have the kids right where they should be
with the sun right behind them
I would have less ground under them in the pic.
my .2c worth - good shootin'

I too think it turned out great. As for the comment regarding the rule of thirds. . .the real magic happens when you know when to break the rules. This is one of those magic times. If you change your image to comply with the suggestions of others, then it is no longer your vision.

Stunning image as is!

I usually look for violations of "the rule" but in this case I agree with mooseeyes. It works! Good Job!

Yes, crop a bit of the sky and a bit of the dark. But you have a winner!
