Would like to see more of that sky. Looks like you might want to avoid being under a tree.

Neat subject and composition! Question - did you replace the sky? There seems to my eye to be a good deal of haloing around the tree leaves and the hills in the background. Could be a sharpening issue too. If you do a lot of sky replacements, as I do, get a trial of Luminar 4 - it is close to magical for sky replacements.

While I love the colors and even the texture of the photo had you not identified it as a photo of a dam I would have had no idea what you were photographing except for some water photo with framing by trees. May I suggest moving more to the right to actually get the dam into the photo. Yes I can see the dam but it doesn't amount to much in the photo submitted.

Forgive me as this is not the type of review I like to submit. But on the other hand I get tired of members submitting photos of mundane indescribable objects (I do not mean your photo at all) and other members posting, Great capture Billy. This is a beautiful photo but if you want us to see the dam then please make more of the dam in the photo.

Sorry if I offend,

Dennis

Thanks for the feedback. I did replace the sky and yes, I do that fairly often. I am currently using Landscape Pro to do that. I did a trial of Luminar 4, but the trial edition didn't allow me to save the results and continue working on the project with other tools. I was impressed with the sky replacement, but it also seemed like the selections were limited and you had to purchase additional Sky's. It was pretty cool, but I wasn't ready to purchase at this time. Have you ever tried or used Landscape Pro?

If you are addressing me I have never tried Landscape Pro.
