"Painted Ladies" is a term used to describe the Victorian style homes painted in 3 different colors (usually bright colors) to accentuate the architecture. These homes are located in Lafayette Square St. Louis and were build in the mid to late 1800's.

Wow, think of how much paint that brick would have soaked up to become so beautiful!! Reminds me of St Augustine near Jacksonville Florida. St Augustine has a limited legally mandated palette.
