Nice series of water shots. Best thing I like about them is seeing real water vs silk milk.

Thanks for the kind words. As I mentioned above, I do not do fancy water, although others make wonderful shots with that effect.

Perfect stop of the water movement. Too often folks will slow it to the point it looks like ice. Yours is perfect!

That is very generous of you, thanks.

Nice images, and nice to see another person who is drawn to the magic of a flowing stream. Thanks for sharing.

I appreciate the comments, Mark. Water just draws me to it.

Our temperatures are finally in the 70s in the valley, so the Spring thaw is beginning. This was a good excuse to get out of the house and enjoy the beautiful day. The idea to get out came late so these shots are mid-day and the light is harsh.

I really like our streams when the thaw is working. As you can tell, I concentrated on the flow. This flow is not at peak because I am early and this year's snow pack is about 100" less than last year.

In PP I worked with various portrayals of the streams and water. Your comments and suggestions, as always, are welcome.

I used the Zeiss Batis f/1.8, 85mm on the first shot, but reverted to my Sony 24-70mm for the rest.

Very nice set Mike. I can almost hear that "babbling brook".

I appreciate that, Greg, the sounds is one of the reasons that I love being next to the streams when they are running like this.

Very nice set. Haven't had much time to look around because of work but now it may change. NICE

I love nature pictures, and there seems to be no end to the potential for pictures, even taken in the same place, but at different times of day, with different lighting, and so on and so forth. This is an excellent selection of pics.
