Mr. Blurry Ideas. is a great Republican dancer around facts and truth and points being made!!! He is indeed that.. We the united states claim to be the bastion of democracy... yet we are far behind the countries who "require" voting and push to get citizens to vote. Sure some not so great in our eyes, but yet voting is not so restrictive as in USA. Only white men allowed would please the republican governors!! Women stay home what do you know that was a dumb amendment letting you vote.. sure tell your wives that!!! and look out.

Mr. Blurry is a dream character from nightmare on K street movie or was that Elm Street and is not the Foggy-eyed guy who writes so well in these blogs.

While Argentina may give a small wine and choripan (hot dog) and to the poles bus transportation to the poor they fine you if you do not. They lost their democracy in the 70s to church/military and it took many lives and 10+ years to regain it.

My friend Sara has a few words to explain Voter ID laws
http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/video/2012/sep/28/sarah-silverman-voter-id-video

You Mr. Blurry View are one of the most denying, stanch republican Karl Rovian operatives working for a takeover of a democracy and installation of a totalitarian state... Nikita Khrushchev made before the U.N. in the early years of the Cold War. "America will fall without a shot being fired. It will fall from within." and the Republicans are operatives struggling to make that come true!! Why...? They want to Kill our Republic to Save our Republic. Insanity to be sure.
Mr. Blured View,,, do you get paid for being on blogs? You dance around the truth and divert attention so very well, I complement you on your magician dazzle and you should be paid. And, are you writing from outside of an institution?

If the real issue is that voter registration is biased against the down trodden and oppressed because they can't afford to buy a government ID, then why not make a government issued ID part of the repertoire of those who receive government assistance and are CITIZENS? We pay for their housing, food, medical, crack, liquor, whatever, so why the f&^k can't we spend an extra $1.87 when they get processed for "assistance" to get them a government sanctioned ID?

Oh, wait, because that would be an intrusion of their privacy? You guys on the left don't trust government, I forgot

But you trust it enough to run our healthcare, and force people to buy it.... so why can't we force people to get ID to prove who they are when they go to vote?

This type of fraud is a bit different...this organization was creating false voters...resurrecting the dead and registering them and then using absentee ballots to vote.

The voter ID law is a good idea as long as there is ample time to procure the required identification before the law is enacted. In the past other laws requiring some participation by the public such as obtaining birth records has a lead in time of no less than six months before the law becomes effective. A case in point is the revised passport laws that took effect a year or more after the law was passed. Why should the voter I.D. law be the exception to this rule?

Voting is a constitutionally protected right!

This movement is to help republicans to the detriment of Democracy...and IT STINKS!

It is good to see that once again Right Wing sins can be forgiven.

It looks like the Republicans that pushed through the voter id laws were correct there is voter fraud in Florida...however the Fraud comes from registration and from the Republican Party. Now there will be a lot of finger pointing that others have been accused of fraud...that in no way lessens the guilt of offenders...the Republicans...

I think you should be arrested for blogger fraud.

Many folks have been attempting to deal with voter fraud for a long time but have been blocked at every turn by the liberals. Shouldn't all fraud be stopped regardless of which party it might favor?? A case in point is that there were over 1000 confirmed fraudulent votes in Minnesota in that famous Senator election that was won by 6 votes. The fraudulent votes were in his favor and ended putting ObamaCare in place. The idea that obtaining a legal ID is too difficult for some is just more BS propogated by the Civil Liberty Union.

Best way to keep Government (Half Way Honest), if's that's possible, is to vote whoever is in, OUT, PERIOD. This way our Government who , by the way works for us, the American People, will be forced to do a better job, (HOPEFULLY) and limit Term of Office. The American People, better wise up and get off this band wagon, of picking a TEAM, (Democrat Or Republican) and get our country back or we are going to lose it. This is of course my opinion and I hope I still have Freedom of Speech and hopefully others will respect this.

We are hearing that song now in Pa. "It is too hard. I can't get out.", etc. The problem is that when you look at the numbers in Pennsylvania there are close to two thousand more photo drivers licenses than registered voters.

You need ID to do just about anything so why not to prove you have the right to vote were you want to vote?

I generally respect your point of view but this is way over the top. Do you know the story of Chicken Little? You are quoting a comedian on a liberal web site? Give me a break.

As it appears, and as usual, you do not know the whole story or you are just twisting the facts. Here we go again. The GOP fired the company that it had hired. GOP had nothing to do with Voter fraud.

I know that, you know that, but it is usless trying to explain it to people like Rix Pic. Dem. party is all no matter if their guy is destroying the country. they are just blind.

Don't know if it is recoverable, as it stands right now we have one chance and quite possibly the media is going to kill it with their lying BS.
