After taking some good advice in the Main Photography Discussion,"Photographing Cat in Mirror", I gave this a try. The surrounding room was unremarkable so I decided to change it to B/W with the antique mirror left in color. I used 2 sources of light, one on each side and placed them according to the diagram in the discussed topic. Any advice on future shots like this?
I have a beautiful small antique mirror with antique brush and comb to go with the mirror that I would love to try next. My cat will pose in many different ways and is very cooperative.

Great photo and beautiful cat. I'm guessing Maine Coon or Norwegian Forest.

Very nice work. I liked the 1st version, but have to admit I find #2 a stronger image. Great cat ,BTW.

Good work. I suspect this might be the first of a series.
